Our Admissions Process
In the first instance, please contact our Registrar, Mrs Pugh, by telephone on 01908 665234 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, to request, a prospectus. We will send you our prospectus via first class post and follow up your request to discuss your interest and arrange a tour of our facilities and grounds.
You will be invited to visit the school or nursery. When you visit, you will be given a tour of the relevant department(s) and key members of staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We hope this will provide you with the opportunity to get a feel of the nurturing environment, the excellent education we offer and a glimpse of our excellent facilities.
Following your visit, we will be happy to arrange a telephone call with the Headmaster or our Registrar to explain more about the school and the education and care we offer.
(Year 3 and above only): Children joining the Preparatory Department are required to sit a core subject Entrance Assessment. Your child will be invited to spend the day at Broughton Manor; they will follow their year group timetable and during their time in school they will complete their Entrance Assessment. If you have applied for an Academic or Sports Scholarship, your child’s ability in the relevant field will also be assessed during the day.
If you would like to proceed with your application, please register your child by completing an Application Form. Please submit your Application Form, together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and registration deposit. On receipt of your completed form, the Registrar will write to you formally confirming your child’s place at Broughton Manor.
Prior to joining the school or nursery, your child will be invited for two short settling in visits. These visits provide you and your child with the opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the classroom, the class routine, the staff and the children.
